Conference and Events Manager We are looking for a Conference and Events Manager with considerable Sales and Marketing experience to manage all aspects of the Conference and Events business. Your first task will be to devise and implement the Marketing plan. Working closely with the whole team you will identify potential new markets and opportunities to promote and generate sales for the conference and event business at the racecourse. You will need to have experience in marketing, meeting sales targets, face to face selling, negotiation and managing and inspiring a team. A strong knowledge of the North-West conference and events market, financial awareness and excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required. An attractive package is available for the right calibre candidate. Marketing and Public Relations Executive We are looking for a creative individual to work within the Marketing and Public Relations team. As a pivotal member of the organization, your role will encompass all aspects of Marketing and PR within both racing and conference and events activities at the racecourse. You will possess passion for the position and a desire to achieve results. Ideally, with a background in public relations and/or marketing you will have knowledge of database management, market research, new media and the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
